Cancellation of order

 You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by sending us an email with your Order No.#.

 An order cannot be cancelled once it has already been dispatched.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund, and it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. You will be notified of the initiation of the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by SEW SPARES.

Shipping And Delivery Policy

 We dispatch orders Monday - Saturday only (excluding Bank Holidays).

 Custromer will recieve tracking details through SMS and Email at the time of dispatch.

 Orders need to be placed by 5pm for same day dispatch.

 Orders placed after 5pm and over the weekend will be processed on the next  working day.

 Working days are Monday - Saturday only and do not include Bank Holidays.  

 All orders are sent on a signed for service; a signature will be required on  delivery.  

 Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over Bank Holidays.
